Julie M. Borzage, Esq.
Born and raised on the West Coast, Julie has lived in Virginia for nearly a decade and joined the bar in 2020. After time in legal aid assisting clients with family law, housing, and special education matters, she spent her early career at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she developed a deep subject matter expertise in employment discrimination laws. In 2026, she started her own firm with a primary focus on guardianship and juvenile and domestic relations work. Julie brings empathy, integrity, creativity, and a passion to remedy injustice to her law practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from William & Mary Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia.
